Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan hold special task force drill

AKIPRESS.COM - The drill held for special task forces of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan concluded on September 6 at the Edelweiss training ground on September 6, the General Staff of Armed Force of Kyrgyzstan said. The main aim of the drill was to check preparedness and practice coordinated action of special task forces in joint operations.
The drill was held according to the bilateral cooperation plan between the Defense Ministries of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Around 300 servicemen partook in the drill this year. The previous exercises were held in Kazakhstan in 2018.
