First container train departs from Afghanistan to China via Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The ceremony to mark the first export of container cargo from Afghanistan to China was held on September 5, Uzbek Railway Company said. The train carrying 41 containers with semi-processed mineral talc stones departed from the Hairatan station via Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
The ceremony was attended by Afghan, Uzbek, Kazakh government officials.
