Ilmiyanov’s case: Process canceled due to absence of witnesses and affected side

AKIPRESS.COM - The October district court of Bishkek on August 29 postponed the hearing on the case of fomer adviser of president Ikramjan Ilmiyanov and former inspector of the department of the State Tax Service Ruslan Shakirov to September 4. The state prosecutor could not provide neither witness, nor victim party at the hearing.
The judge Damirbek Nazarov reprimanded the prosecutor and asked to provide the representatives of the affected party for the next proceeding.
