AKIPRESS.COM - The financial compensations averaging 1,000 to 7,000 soms are paid monthly to 25 categories of citizens instead of state benefits. 42,500 people get paid such compensations as of August 1 and 604.5 million soms are envisaged for state benefits payment from state budget.
