More than 800 police officers to carry out service during Independence Day in Chiu region

AKIPRESS.COM - Amid celebrations of the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan, more than 800 law enforcement officers will be working on the territory of Chui region, the press service of the Bishkek police reported. The robust work will be aimed at providing public order and security of the citizens, as well as road safety during prepartion and holding of the Independence Day.
Police officers will be carrying out their service from August 31 to September 2.
Independence Day is the main state holiday in Kyrgyzstan. It is celebrated annually on August 31, the anniversary of its declaration of independence in 1991.
