Osh tourist police receives 2 vehicles

AKIPRESS.COM - The tourist police in Osh city received two vehicles, said Osh Department of Internal Affairs. The tourist police is working in the city under the battalion of patrol police. The main task of the tourist police is to help foreign tourists.
The tourist police included 11 police officers who were accepted on the basis of the competition. One of the requirements for tourist police officers is knowledge of foreign language.
The head of the Osh city police department Muratbek Boronov handed over the keys to two vehicles that were provided to the tourist police by the Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan.
Tourist police have been working since July of this year. During this time, tourist police officers assisted about 200 tourists who came from 26 countries of the world.
In particular, Osh city is visited by tourists from France, Germany, Holland, Slovakia and Austria.
