Aprel TV: Court dismisses complaint of journalists

The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek considered complaint of the lawyers of Aprel TV channel against actions of investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who seized the property of the television company and thereby blocked its work.
Representatives of the TV channel asked the court to recognize the actions of the investigators and the seizure of documents unlawful.
The court, after hearing the parties 'arguments, dismissed the complaint of Aprel TV.
