Heavy rains in Issyk-Kul trigger rise of water level in river

AKIPRESS.COM - Water level in the river of Ton district of Issyk-Kul region has been increased after heavy rains, Turmush reports citing a local resident of Gon-Talaa village.
According to him, the river flows across Don-Talaa, Konur-Olon, Kalkagar, Alabash and Chetindi villages.
"After heavy rains, water level raised. in this regard, there is a flooding threat here. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are at the site. They are waiting for the special machinery," he noted.
