Military prosecution to give legal assessment to activities of state guard officers of Atambayev

AKIPRESS.COM - The Military Prosecutor's Office will give a legal assessment to two officers of the state guard (9th service of the National Security Committee), police told AKIpress on August 13. Two state guard officers, who were protecting Almazbek Atambayev, are registered as eyewitnesses on the case of August 7-8 in Koi-Tash village.
Earlier, chief of the investigation said that the state guard officers of Atambayev became accompliances of resistance.
He said that the two state guardians of Atambayev in compliance with the legislation had to protect from security incidents.
"Activities of the employees of GKNB in this case were lawful. Requirements while carrying out the forced brining of Atambayev had to be executed, but two employees of the state guard did not obey the requirements and hid in Atambayev's house along with Atambayev and became accompliances in resistance. A legal assessment will be issued as result of investigation," he added.
