AKIPRESS.COM - A new natural gas and gas condensate deposit opened in Qashqadaryo region of Uzbekistan.
A presence of oil in the town of Baharistan of Mubarek district was confirmed on August 10 and the deposit was named Baharistan.
According to local media, this is the first oil and gas condensate deposit of the Epsilon Development Company in the Mubarek investment block.
The new deposit is located in the Jurassic sediments.
