Operation of previously closed resort resumes in Issyk-Kul

AKIPRESS.COM - The operation of "Ak-Suu Kench" resort in Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region resumed, said the head of the resort Chynara Urmanayeva. According to her, the resort was closed on May 7 of 2019 due to the demands of the young people that water from pool pollutes the Ak-Suu river.
"We resumed the work in June, however after 8 days the resort was closed. The activities of the resort were resumed after talks with local residents and authorities. The resort will operate until the end of the tourist season. And all defects will be eliminated. We will help young people," she said.
Prior to this, it was reported that young people forced the head of the resort to close the facility.
