Kunduz Zholdubaeva remains witness in hostage-taking in Koi-Tash case

Deputy Chairwoman of SDPK Kunduz Zholdubaeva remains a witness in the criminal case on hostage-taking in Koi-Tash on August 7. Lawyer Zamir Zhooshev told.
According to him, interrogation of Kunduz Zholdubaeva has ended. The Deputy Chairwoman of SDPK has been interrogated for almost 2 hours. Moreover, according to the law, it is not allowed to detain a witnesses.
On August 7, during the first storm of the house of Almazbek Atambayev, his supporters took six servicemen of Alpha special forces hostage. They were released only the next day, a few hours before the second storm of the former president's house. A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Article 244 (hostage-taking) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
