Outcome of Kyrgyz-Russian Young Leaders Forum

Bishkek, Aug.7, 2019. /Kabar/. The results of the Forum of Young Leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Russia are summed up in Bishkek. Mirlan Parkhanov, the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports told about the event’s outcome during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said the Forum, attended by 50 people from various organizations of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, took place in the Ala-Archa state residence and Cholpon-Ata town on July 26-30.
The event was held in four sections - youth entrepreneurship, volunteering, youth development in rural areas and youth tourism.
Within the framework of the Forum, the first memorandum on cooperation in the field of youth policy between the Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and Kyrgyzstan’s State Agency for Youth Affairs was signed, aimed at establishing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation between the sides in strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
Parkhanov noted that Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov also met with the participants in Issyk-Kul. The head of state noted relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia have reached a new strategic level.
This initiative will continue and be carried out on an annual basis.
