Prime Minister expresses condolences as 5 Kyrgyzstanis die in road crash in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev expressed condolences to the families and friends of the Kyrgyzstani citizens who died in a traffic accident in Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan. Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health to take all necessary measures to provide assistance to victims and relatives of the victims, including in the delivery of the bodies of the deceased to their homeland.
Abilgaziyev took the issue of assistance under his personal control and instructed to promptly send to the Government Office information about the results of the work.
Five Kyrgyzstanis died, 3 others received severe injuries in a collision of a track with a car on August 1. The incident happened on the Western Europe - Western China highway. A driver of the truck was a citizen of Kazakhstan. All 8 passengers of the car were citizens of Kyrgyzstan. 5 of them died and 3 others are in critical conditin. The truck driver was not wounded, the report says.
According to the Kyzylorda regional police department, the truck was moving from Turkestan. Now the case is being investigated.
