President Tokayev wears shoes for $50, promotes domestic producers

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has praised the shoes of Kazakhstan's production and ordered shoes in Shymkent, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
The head of state wrote this on Twitter and praised the businessman, who is making shoes business in Shymkent.
"I decided to support and ordered some shoes for myself," he says.
The company employees said that the shoes ordered by President cost about $54. The head of state chose dark brown leather loafer shoes.
Tokayev earlier in the interview with the Russian journalist Alexey Pivovarov told that he wears ties of domestic production.
"It's important for us to support the national producers," he noted.
