12,000 jobs created in Kazakhstan due to state program on employment promotion — Vice Minister of Labor

AKIPRESS.COM - The state program on employment promotion of Kazakhstan allowed to create 12 thousand jobs in the country in the first half of this year, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection Erzhan Jilkibayev told a press conference, Kazinform reported. According to him, the Ministry plans to register what kinds of jobs are being created in the regions.
The Ministry is ordered to improve effectiveness of the state program by creating of good jobs in rural areas.
To date, about 8.7 million people are working in the country, according to him.
The Ministry is annually tasked to decrease the unemployment rate by 0.1% by creating 370 thousand jobs every year, Jilkibayev said.
