Kyrgyz Justice Ministry receives KGS 7.3 mln for Information System implementation

Bishkek, July 25, 2019. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic is implementing the Electronic Notary Information System, Minister Marat Dzhamankulov told during the press conference at kabar News Agency.
The relevant regulatory legal acts have been developed, including the draft resolution of the Government "On Approval of the Procedure for maintaining a single electronic database of notarial documents".
"As a result of negotiations with the representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, an agreement was reached on financing the development of the Electronic Notary software by one of the state IT-enterprises. Also, by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the ministry was allocated KGS 7 million 352 thousand for the purchase of office and server equipment for the implementation of this Information System," the minister said.
According to his data, the responsible bodies for the implementation of this project are the Ministry of Justice and the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications.
