"Investigator will resolve it within legislation," Deputy Minister of Interior about Atahanov's case

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Minister of Interior of Kyrgyzstan Mirlan Kanimetov refused to comment to journalists' question what will happen to former Vice Prime Minister Shamil Atahanov.
"This is under investigation, investigator is authorized to answer," Kanimetov noted.
Atahanov was summoned on July 18 at 1:30 pm to the interrogation on the illegal freeing of Aziz Batukayev.
"Interrogation failed, as he felt bad. The ambulance was called and Atahanov was taken to the hospital," police said.
Atahanov was detained on May 21 on the Batukayev case. He was released from the remand prison after he has plea-bargained with investigators.
