Amnesty request was applied to court by Sadyr Japarov and his attorney – State Penitentiary Service

AKIPRESS.COM - The amnesty request was sent to court on the basis of application of Sadyr Japarov and his attorney, the State Penitentiary Service of Kyrgyzstan reported today. Saparov and his attorney applied their petition on amnesty to Chairman of the Alamedin district court on June 8, the Service said.
The application on provision of amnesty was sent to the court for consideration on June 18.
The proceeding of the Alamedin district court took place on June 21. However, the court did not satisfy Japarov's pardon petition.
