Some 30 mothers who have more than one child or children with medical conditions tried to reach the building of the presidential office in Nur-Sultan on July 12, but police blocked their way, the RFE/RE reported.
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on July 15 proposed to make a single "understandable" housing policy by consolidating all housing programmes.
He ordered the government to prepare proposals on this issue until September 1, 2019. The housing queues in the regions are increasing by more than 2 times since 2012, he noted.
