Kazakhstan, Tatarstan discuss joint geological exploration

AKIPRESS.COM - Samruk Kazyna Fund Chairman of Kazakhstan Akhmetzhan Yessimov held a meeting with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on July 10, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports. The sides considered the issues of cooperation in petrochemical industry and signed a memorandum of understanding between the Kazakhstan's state-owned KazMunayGas and Russia's Tatneft company.
The document implies cooperation in the field of analyses, geological study and joint geological exploration, advisory services and technical support on implementation of projects in oil production, and etc.
The two also discussed cooperation in the framework of innovation center in Innopolis town on construction of scientific, high-tech ecosystem and attraction of investors.
