One of suspected hijackers of film director Shamshiyev's car dies

AKIPRESS.COM - One of the suspected hijackers of film director Bolot Shamshiyev's car died, the State Penitentiary Service said.
The 25-year-old suspect died on July 3 in home arrest, the statement said, opposed to the reports that the suspect died while in remand prison (SIZO-1).
Mercedes-Benz belonging to film director Bolot Shamshiyev was hijacked and burned down in Bishkek in November 2019.
A car was found near the Milyanfan village in the Issyk-Ata district on November 10.
A criminal probe was launched in hijacking and 2 men born in 1994 and 1993 were detained.
