Tokayev calls for 'fair' distribution of national income

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said there should be a "fair distribution of income" in the Kazakh companies with foreign capital, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported. "People are the main wealth of any company. It is important for companies to ensure proper increase of award for employees depending on growth of income. This is a key factor of social responsibility. This is for both national and foreign companies with foreign capital. A fair distribution of income is a key task of any state," Tokayev said at the 32nd plenary session of the council of foreign investors.
The head of state noted that Kazakhstan needs to modernize the system of vocational education. They lack a quality material and technical base, he said.
