Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan orders to find ASAP person who bet up Nigerian citizen in Bishkek center

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev instructed Interior Minister Kashkar Junushaliyev to find those responsible for beating of a Nigerian citizen in the center Bishkek as soon as possible, the government said on July 3.
PM said all the necessary measures must be taken calling the incident "an outrageous case."
He also ordered the Interior Ministry to boost all the police units' operation amid the beginning of the active phase of the tourist season.
The Health Ministry was instructed to take the question of treating the Nigerian citizen under the control.
Eyewitnesses told AKIpress that a Nigerian citizen fell down and hit his head on the asphalt after a local man punched him in the face. In the hospital, he was identified as T.Abubakar, a principal of a language school in Bishkek Cambridge School.
Manhunt for attacker is under way.
