AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Elmira Sukhanberdiyeva has been apprehended in Nur-Sultan, Zakon.kz reports.
The city court confirmed the arrest until August 2.
The national anti-corruption office of Kazakhstan said earlier it is probing Ms Sukhanberdiyeva.
Sukhanberdiyeva became Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan in April 2016.
