Emergency Minister instructs to award firefighters who extinguished fire in fuel depot in Jalal-Abad

AKIPRESS.COM - Emergency Minister Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov has instructed to award firefighters for extinguishing a huge fire at fuel depot of the Tomas company in Jalal-Abad region.
According to the minister, the firefighters showed true bravery. "The professionalism and fearlessness of firefighters did not allow flames to spread to neighboring fuel tankers and saved material assets of a number of companies, as well as lives of 2,000 people," he said.
A fire broke out on March 10 at 10:05 at the oil refinery. Two fuel tanks caught fire.
