Russian Foreign Minister to visit Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will make a working visit to Uzbekistan on May. Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The program of the visit includes bilateral talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and will address a range of earlier reached bilateral agreements in trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The sides will exchange views on international issues, security, bringing peace to Afghanistan.
On May 3, Minister Sergei Lavrov will attend the 11th meeting of the Memorandum of Understanding on Sub-Regional Drug Control Cooperation in Tashkent.
