Communist party of Kazakhstan nominates candidate for President

AKIPRESS.COM - The Communist Party of Kazakhstan has nominated Jambyl Ahmetbekov as a candidate to run in the snap presidential election on June 9. He has become the sixth candidate nominated for the President to date.
58-year-old Ahmetbekov is member of the committee for social and cultural development of the Mazhilis of Kazakhstan.
Married, has 4 children.
Earlier Saybek Tugel was nominated by the public association Uly Dala Kyrandary, Kasym-Jomart Tokayev was nominated by Nur Otan party, Amangeldy Taspihov was nominated by trade union federation, Dania Yespaeva was nominated by Ak Jol party, Toleutai Rahimbekov was nominated by the People's Democratic Patriotic Party Auyl.
