Sleeping government officials caught on camera during President Jeenbekov’s address on digitization

AKIPRESS.COM - Social media users in Kyrgyzstan share the photos of government officials fallen asleep during address of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on digitization.
The sleeping government officials were caught on camera during the first telecommunication forum "Digital Kyrgyzstan: Development of Regions" held in Osh on April 22.
The forum was attended by heads and staff of government agencies of Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad regions, IT specialists, representatives of NGOs and international organizations.
