AKIPRESS.COM - Two of the detainees suspected of sabotage attack in Ukraine had Kyrgyz passports.
Ukrainian security service said on April 17 that a group of 7 people plotting terrorist attacks in Ukraine was arrested.
Head of Ukrainian security service Vasyl Hrytsak said one of the detainees is Russian citizen Alexey Komarichev born in 1978. He was arrested in Kiev on April 4 after he was injured in a blast that occurred when he was putting a bomb inside the car of the Ukrainian intelligence agent. Hrytsak said the bomb detonated when Alexey Komarichev was putting it inside the car. The video showing his interrogation in the hospital was released.
Hrytsak said Alexey Komarichev and another detainee Timur Dzortov born in 1988 had Kyrgyz passports with different names: Alexey Lomako (Komarichev) born in 1983 with the issue date of 29 October 2015 and Ruslan Kirik (Dzortov) born in 1990 with the issue date of 17 November 2016.
The video of the Ukrainian security service shows Timur Dzortov saying that they obtained Kyrgyz passports in Moscow at the Taj Mahal restaurant for operative cover. He said they are Russian citizens, not Kyrgyz citizens.
Hrytsak said the passports are fake.
