AKIPRESS.COM - MP Mirlan Jeenchoroyev asked the Prosecutor General to give a warning to Bishkek mayor Aziz Surakmatov over his unconstitutional calls on banning peaceful rallies.
MP believes that holding peaceful rallies is the constitutional right of every person.
"Mayor's statements contradict to the constitution and the laws," he added.
