President of Kyrgyzstan tells about parliamentary elections 2020

President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov told about conditions at the elections 2020 today at a meeting of the Parliament.
He reminded deputies that parliamentary elections would be held next year. "Equal rights will be created for all participants of the election process. Election rules will be set a year before the voting date and will not change. All parties will be informed about the rules of the game in advance," Sooronbai Jeenbekov stressed.
"We will not be able to develop parliamentary democracy without development of the party system and real political competition. Unfortunately, the struggle of politicians striving for leadership prevails, but not the competition of programs and ideas," the head of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
